For more than 40 years, I proudly served in the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office — working every day to keep our community safe and ensure justice for victims. Over those four decades, I’ve prosecuted nearly every type of case imaginable: juvenile delinquency, sexual assault, murder, and complex white-collar crimes. I’ve stood beside victims and their families, making sure their voices were heard and their rights upheld.

I’ve worked closely with judges, probation officers, law enforcement, and community members across Hennepin County. I even represented the elected County Attorney’s Office itself, gaining the experience needed to lead and manage this critical institution effectively.

My entire career has been about protecting the public, supporting victims, and holding offenders accountable — and I’m ready to continue that work as your County Attorney on Day One.
